[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]As expected, GeoDD exhibits at the NAACOS 2017 Spring Conference and what do we learn … tons. The spring conference held earlier this month in downtown Baltimore, MD as usual did not disappoint. We had the opportunity to speak directly with execs, policy makers, participants and vendors all with the common goal of making ACOs successful.

And while getting to that goal is taking several paths, one path with significant momentum continues to be innovation. Finding new and innovative ways to gather, analyze and deliver big data insights to help ACOs more effectively understand the populations they manage is where we fit.

Our path provides affordable solutions through the use of our geohealth technologies, integration of social determinants and a practical deployment of our population health infrastructure. When implemented, patient engagement will increase and be more insightful for highest risk patient management but won’t add any significant overhead to existing systems or administration of care management workflows. Our goal is to be instant while affordable and capable of moving the bar on ACO success.

We’re building on the core analytics recognized as key to ACO success by leveraging additional information and expertise through geospatial and social determinant awareness that will directly translate to better care. Jump down to the contacts form, reach out and let’s talk.
